Boutique firm Claritas was founded in May 2022 by regulatory and financial crime specialist Elisabeth Lees and Katie Pearson, who is ‘a Magic Circle-standard litigator’ and now heads the practice, notably concentrating her capabilities on fraud issues, asset tracing work and shareholder disputes.
