The group routinely assists corporate debtors (and secured and unsecured creditors) with payment plan structuring. It also represents clients before creditor boards. The practice is co-led by Sergio Yávar, whose track record includes successfully leading numerous reorganisation and liquidation matters; and Juan Enrique Allard, an adviser on corporate reorganisations. The team further includes associate Pablo Rioseco, who assists with both reorganisations and insolvency proceedings.
