Work highlights

  • Advised the consortium Grupo Vía Central (comprising Sacyr, NGE, Saceem and Berkes) on the refinancing and additional financing for the construction of Uruguay's Ferrocarril Central project, which consisted of a senior facility through a fixed rate B-bond private placement.
  • Advised Grupo Security on amending the financial covenants affecting five separate lines of corporate bonds that were already registered with the Chilean Commission for the Financial Market.
  • Advised Factoring Security on the issuance of a 10-year line of corporate bonds for approximately $970m, and the subsequent issuance and registration of bonds Series I, J, K and L against such line.
