The principal advisers in the Santiago office are: Diego Noguera, who advises companies on the domestic and international placement of securities; office managing partner Matías Zegers, who brings expertise in M&A, corporate governance and venture capital to the practice; and Jorge Timmermann, a former capital markets adviser to the Minister of Finance whose experience also includes advising on the issuance of bonds and commercial papers (predominantly on behalf of issuers).
