Urenda, Rencoret, Orrego y Dörr 's six-strong compliance group is experienced in the implementation of internal corporate policies and codes, in relation to anti-corruption, competition law, data protection, securities, and labour and environmental legislation. The department also assists with internal reviews. The practice is jointly led by Alberto Rencoret, an expert in labour law compliance matters; Nicholas Mocarquer, who advises on anti-corruption, competition and data protection-related compliance issues; and environmental law compliance specialist Ignacio Urrutia.
