Its track record includes successfully acting in judicial proceedings, class actions and administrative stages before SERNAC. The team is co-led by Juan Carlos Dörr Bulnes, whose workload regularly takes in consumer law cases; and dispute resolution specialist Juan Pablo Morales , who was raised to the partnership in January 2023.
