Urenda, Rencoret, Orrego y Dörr

The four-member group at Urenda, Rencoret, Orrego y Dörr acts for a range of local and international clients on data protection matters, including in relation to labour law issues. The team is co-led by. Alberto Rencoret, who routinely advises on labour-related data matters; and Nicholas Mocarquer, an adviser to international clients on the implementation of their data privacy policies. In the associate pool, Bernardita Schmidt is increasingly involved in data protection work, while Verónica Roa's experience includes reviewing data protection policies, as well as their implementation.
