The team has significant expertise in engineering and construction-related mining, energy and infrastructure disputes. It also acts in commercial conflicts involving the pharmaceutical, food, logistics and financial services sectors. The practice is co-led by commercial and investment arbitration specialist Francesco Campora, who ’has thorough knowledge and understanding of litigation and arbitration’; and Juan Pablo Letelier, who focuses on construction, energy, infrastructure, financial and M&A disputes.
