The department acts under a broad range of local and international institutions, including: the Arbitration and Mediation Centre of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce (CAM Santiago); the International Court of Arbitration (ICC); and the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID). The team also has experience acting under United Nation Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) rules.
