Molina Ríos Abogados' 16-strong arbitration and trials practice has significant experience in infrastructure project-related national arbitrations (both ad hoc and under the CAM Santiago framework), as well as international arbitration proceedings. The firm is also home to insurance, reinsurance and energy sector specialists. In March 2024, the firm formed a strategic alliance with UK-based construction and energy law firm Fenwick Elliott LLP, which enhances both firms’ international arbitration credentials. The team is co-led by litigation and arbitration specialist Carlos Molina, whose track record includes ‘good results in arbitrations and judicial processes’; and Victor Ríos, an expert in disputes involving solar plants, highways, ports, airports, dams and hospitals. Also key to the practice, Felipe Correa focuses on litigation, arbitration and mediation.
