Ossandón Abogados' Paola Fritz -who was raised to the partnership in March 2021- is a key member of the firm’s environment and natural resources department (her experience including a stint as an advisor to the Metropolitan Region’s environmental superintendence), and advises on the environmental law aspects of administrative requests, residual waste management matters, environmental auditing reports, and defence-side matters brought before Chile’s public and judicial authorities.
