- Representing insurers Ace/Chubb, Liberty, SURA and AIG (now Southbridge/Fairfax) in judicial recovery actions against Costanera Norte, Spain’s Sacyr and Chile’s Ministry of Public Works, in respect of a loss affecting dozens of offices and residential buildings in Santiago, which were flooded further to the diversion of the Mapocho River during construction works.
