The seven-member IP practice at Baker McKenzie Chile advises significant domestic and international brands from a range of sectors, including pharma, fashion, manufacturing, and media and entertainment. The team advises on trade mark, copyright and patent matters, as well as domain names; and its offering covers prosecution, enforcement, litigation, regulatory and innovation-related assistance.
