The eight-strong IP department at Albagli Zaliasnik is experienced in digital and internet rights, copyright, trade marks, patents, and anti-piracy issues. The team also advises on IP licensing, and industrial and business secrets. A partner since 2020, IP group director Eugenio Gormáz routinely assists with the protection of industrial property rights for retail, pharmaceutical, telecoms and transportation sector clients. Litigation head Ariela Agosin also maintains an active IP practice; and at senior associate level, Antonia Nudman's practice focuses on the defence and protection of intangible assets, along with new technologies, software, trade marks, patents, and domain names. In late 2022, former senior associate Juan Pablo Zamora departed to found his own firm.
