Exclusively focused on IP work, Dellafiori Abogados' wide-ranging practice covers trade marks, patents, drawings and industrial designs. The group is also active in relation to utility models, copyright, trade secrets, and contractual issues; and it additionally advises on new technologies and data protection. Founding partner Enrique Dellafiori is an IP and litigation expert, whose practice encompasses misleading advertising, consumer law, food labelling, and healthcare; and litigation department head Mauro Dellafiori assists international and national companies with the filing and prosecution of trade marks, patents and domain names, as well the corporate aspects of intellectual and industrial property. Franco Dellafiori is also an active litigator, while associate Cristián Carril routinely acts for major food, pharma transport and automobile industry companies in defence-side litigation. Fellow IP associate Constanza Monsalvez joined the team in July 2022.
