Cuatrecasas launched a labour and employment practice in Chile, further to the December 2023 hire of labour and social security law specialist Raúl Fernández Toledo, as partner and practice head from SAFE Abogados; the department advises on local and foreign personnel recruitment, collective bargaining, terminations and internal investigations, along with data protection, inspections, audit processes, administrative and judicial procedures, and equality and diversity issues.
