The group also assists with clients’ interactions with unions; anti-union and unfair practices; M&A-related labour due diligence; and labour litigation concerning dismissals, employee claims and C-Suite executive disputes. The practice is led by collective labour law specialist Bárbara Vera who was promoted to partner in early 2023.
