TSP Legal was co-launched in April 2022 by labour, employment, social security and human resources expert, Marianela Smith; Pedro Torres, a specialist in individual and collective lawsuits; and experienced labour law practitioner Edmundo Piffre de Voban. Smith is a former senior associate at Uribe, Hubner & Cia, where Torres was a group lead lawyer, and Piffre de Voban previously worked as adviser to both the Undersecretary of Labour and the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare. Since its establishment, the practice has advised on labour law matters on behalf of clients from the retail, insurance, finance, agriculture, healthcare and technology sectors.
