Returning to Morales & Besa in August 2022 to lead its labour law team, senior associate Valentina Inés Morales is a former head of the National Labour Board's labour relations department; Morales’ workload incorporates collective bargaining, union matters, labour-related mediations and Labour Board audits, along with hirings, dismissals and immigration law. Since publication, Morales has been raised to the partnership.
