The practice’s scope of expertise ranges from regulatory, consumer safety and competition, to IP, data protection, and commercial contractual matters. It is also active in life sciences-related tax, compliance, M&A and dispute resolution work. The practice is led by intellectual and industrial property expert Valentina Venturelli, whose practice includes the import, distribution and commercialisation of products, sanitary regulation, clinical trials, and scientific research.
