Urenda, Rencoret, Orrego y Dörr's nine-member practice has longstanding project development experience, particularly in relation to non-conventional renewable energy, mining, infrastructure and real estate. The team advises at all stages of projects, including bidding processes, corporate structures, taxation, and construction and financing agreements. It also fields experts in labour law, environmental impact matters, and permits and licensing. The group is co-led by Sergio Orrego, who is ‘a great negotiator’; and Gonzalo Errázuriz, an adviser to both national and international clients regarding their projects. The team further includes environmental law specialist Ignacio Urrutia and Felipe Rencoret, who has wide-ranging experience in projects and infrastructure work.
