The ‘skilled’ projects and infrastructure group at Dentons advises on all stages of projects (and their related legal requirements). The nine-strong team’s expertise ranges from wind farms, toll roads, airports and ports, to railroads, light railways and water desalination plants. In the energy sector, the firm fields specialists in power plants, wind power, and LNG and petrochemical terminals. The department is co-led by ’great strategist’ José Manuel Larraín, who is a highly-regarded infrastructure project practitioner; and Ignacio Vargas, who has notable experience in the public and private infrastructure sectors and is ‘outstanding when it comes to construction arbitrations’.
