The six-strong team at Cisternas Concha y Compania Abogados routinely acts for the Superintendencia de Casinos de Juegos (Gambling Casinos Authority) in public litigation and regulatory matters. The firm’s client base also comprises central and local government agencies. The team is led by Mauricio Cisternas Morales, whose current practice encompasses acting for both municipalities and Chilean public services, as well as advising private sector electricity and construction clients on administrative law. Fellow founding partner Jaime Concha Puigrredon, an expert in public law and Public Procurement Court litigation is also key to the group, as is Jaime Pilowsky Greene, who specialises in public law, probity and transparency, along with litigation before Chile’s Superior Courts of Justice. At associate level, senior Maximiliano Ravest Ibarra and Cristián Rodríguez Gángale  are 2022 hires from the Undersecretary of Regional and Administrative Development and the UDD Constitutional Justice Centre (respectively), while Juan Pablo Solorza Kojakovic moved in house at Compagnia Generale di Elettricità.
