It also has notable regulated markets expertise in environmental, mining, energy, water, customs and telecoms law, as well as in relation to public transport, public procurement, health services, gaming, and land use and development. The team is co-led by director Cristián Franetovic, an expert in administrative and regulatory law, administrative litigation, regulated markets and environmental affairs; and administrative law, regulatory and corporate/M&A practitioner Andrea Abascal, a July 2023 partner hire from Jara Del Favero Abogados.
