Baker McKenzie Chile’s practice acts across the entire real estate sector, its client list including buyers, sellers, developers and agribusinesses. The team is particularly noted for inbound investments in real estate, and the incorporation of real estate investment funds (and property acquisitions by such funds), but also has experience ranging from the establishment of medical cannabis facilities to advising religious organisation's on their real estate portfolios. It also routinely interacts with government agencies on zoning issues, and land usage and building requirements.
