The team is led by Juan Pablo Stitchkin, who focuses on advising both domestic and foreign clients on real estate developments, claim management work, and project administration (among other issues); and counsel Eduardo Martin, whose broad practice also incorporates real estate work. At senior associate level, Tomás Varela advises on land use, building permits, title reviews, leases, and sale and purchase agreements; and Javiera Avilés is experienced in transactions involving office buildings, shopping centres, and multifamily residential projects, particularly on the construction side.
