Baraona Marshall & Cía’s tax advisory practice covers general corporate matters, M&A and financing, along with transfer pricing, compliance, tax planning, and property-related tax structuring. The firm also houses an experienced tax litigation team. The four-member group is led by Alejandro Abuyeres, whose practice encompasses general tax matters and tax disputes. Appointed director in March 2023, Carlos Peña is a former Carey associate who maintains a broad tax practice. The pair are highlighted for their 'expert knowledge and great disposition'.
