Founded in 2018, ARH Abogados‘ tax and private wealth group has ’excellent tax knowledge both at national and international levels’. The group advises on the tax structuring of domestic and overseas corporate operations, mergers and divisions, as well as transfer pricing, offshore structures, tax litigation and generational transfers; it is also increasingly mandated to implement investment structures in Canada, the US, Spain, Luxembourg and New Zealand (among other jurisdictions). The 14-strong practice is led by founding partner and former Del Río, Infante & Méndez partner, Pablo Ramírez Molina, who acts for Chilean and foreign clients on the development of their businesses, as well as M&A, due diligence, tax planning, and company and asset reorganisations. Experienced director Catalina Brautigam Lagomarisno assists with due diligence, company and family asset planning, and defence-side taxpayer work.
