Guerrero Olivos’ tax practice (which comprises tax accountants and auditors, in addition to lawyers) covers-border transactions, international taxation, double taxation, and the tax structuring for corporate and project finance deals, with recent mandates seeing the team particularly active on behalf of venture capital and energy companies. The group also houses tax litigation experts, who regularly act before the Chile’s IRS.
