The ‘solid and complete team’ at tax law firm Ulloa & Cía predominantly acts for family businesses and investment funds, as well as real estate, finance, engineering and retail sector companies. The sizeable 19-strong group covers corporate taxation, restructuring, tax compliance, tax disputes, and domestic and international tax advisory work. Jointly heading the group, Nicolás Ulloa advises Chilean family groups and companies on the tax side to business structuring; and fellow founding partner Adriana Zaidan (who also leads the firm’s international tax law department) advises multinationals on the structuring of their investments in Chile.
