Full-service law firm Guerrero Olivos houses a six-member practice that is involved at all stages of venture capital, from the formation of start-ups and structuring VC funds to initial financing rounds and follow-on investments. The ‘very innovative team’ also assists with exits, M&A, IPOs, stock plans, and internationalisation plans; and its large client portfolio comprises domestic and foreign VC investors, entrepreneurs and start-ups, as well as accelerators and incubators.
