Leveraging its solid capital markets practice, Beijing-headquartered Haiwen & Partners handles a steady flow of acquisitions of equities of A-share public companies. Its client roster features a mix of SOEs and domestic companies from a broad range of industries. The practice is led by Jiping Zhang, who specialises in private equities, buyouts, and venture capital investments.
