Jingtian & Gongcheng

With dispute resolution lawyers across all 10 of its offices, the ‘dedicated and efficient’ Jingtian & Gongcheng team is equipped to handle a wide range of commercial litigation, including matters related to securities, PE/VC, licensing, and corporate governance. The department is led by Lei Wu, with Bangwei Xu serving as deputy head of litigation with substantial experience representing both domestic and international clients in civil, commercial, and intellectual property trials. Shiqi Sun brings deep expertise in finance, project financing, and corporate control disputes, and frequently represents banks, securities firms, and listed companies. Meanwhile, Yue Liu handles disputes involving company, contract and insurance law, appearing in various provincial High People’s Courts, the Intermediate People’s Court, and the Supreme People’s Court.
