In the non-contentious space, the insurance practice is routinely involved in insurance-related, public, private and cross-border M&A deals, joint ventures, capital markets transactions, corporate reorganisations and related regulatory advisory work. Hong Kong team head Gareth Thomas acts for regional and international insurers, corporate clients and financial institutions on both contentious and advisory insurance matters.
