In the area of commercial litigation and arbitration, Mr. Li represented his clients in hundreds of various commercial disputes accepted by the Supreme People’s Court, high people's courts and local people's courts in Beijing, Tianjin, Chongqing, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Shandong, Sichuan, Yunnan, Shanxi and Jilin, etc. as well as China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission and Beijing Arbitration Commission.In the area of general corporate matters, Mr. Li provided legal services including general and specific legal consultation, corporation dissolution and bankruptcy, litigation among shareholders for dozens of large state-owned enterprises directly under the central government and their subsidiaries, foreign-invested enterprises (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan investment) and their Chinese subsidiaries, domestic and foreign listed companies and private enterprises.
