Clifford Chance LLP combines the regional real estate team with the gaming and lodging team, enabling it to advise on high-end real estate conveyancing, real estate-related M&A, finance, and joint ventures. The team also uses its varied expertise to assist with real estate funds formation work and IPOs. Clients include real estate investors, international banks, and private equity investors.
