Department co-head Camilo Gantiva is equipped to advise on transactional and regulatory matters, fintech and capital markets issues; he recently acted alongside the New York office to advise Bancoldex on the NY and Colombian law aspects of a $300m credit agreement with JP Morgan Chase.
