The group also has experience in contentious work, where it utilises its firm-wide strengths in life sciences and TMT to specialise in antitrust litigation and competition investigations pertaining to those sectors. Enrique Álvarez maintains a broad regulatory practice, which spans competition, life sciences and labour law — among others — and co-heads the group alongside established younger partner Darío Cadena. Associate Diego Matiz left to study abroad in September 2023.
