The team provides a personalised, fully integrated technical-legal environmental law offering, that includes environmental planning, the development of administrative strategies to obtain relevant permits and licenses, and the resolution of issues arising from accidents (such as spillages & contamination) or other critical scenarios. It also undertakes preventative advice concerning environmental regulatory compliance and sustainability matters. Founding partner and practice head Juan Carlos Ucrós – a genuine pioneer in the sector – spent several years at the Ministerio de Medio Ambiente before establishing the firm, which today has a twenty year trajectory in the sector.
