Additionally, the team advises a host of multinational and domestic clients on day-to-day matters, including union law, social security issues and litigation. Director Mauricio Montealegre is dedicated to labour law work and steers the team. Support is provided by senior Natalia Suárez Caicedo - a March 2023 arrival from Baker McKenzie S.A.S. - and associate Lina Tapiero, who specialises in contentious and non-contentious labour and social security matters. Associate Maria Angelica Pulido left to join Boston Consulting Group in March 2023.
