Adriana Durán established Durán Fernández Abogados in July 2022 after more than a decade at Cavelier – much of it as head of the compliance and regulatory affairs practice; the four-strong team handles a full range of pharmaceutical matters, product registration, compliance, advertising and labelling, and consumer protection, as well as contracts (for manufacture, distribution, supply chain and IP licensing), transactions and litigation.
