The ‘dynamic, knowledgeable, and very helpful’ team at CMM Estudio Legal houses strong offerings across the full spectrum of real estate law, including project structuring and development, private equity investment transactions, asset management and leasing, and regulatory and zoning matters. The department is co-led by the ’highly qualified’ Patricia Acosta, whose practice spans planning, land acquisition and development; and Natalia Gaviria Parra, who is recommended for her ‘vast industry knowledge’ and specialises in the design of structures for the acquisition of real estate.
