As the Colombia member firm of Andersen Global, Jimenez Higuita Rodriguez & Asociados is well placed to advise national and multinational clients on tax matters. Key areas of practice include tax planning, customs, transactional tax and litigation, with a focus on the financial services, healthcare, infrastructure, technology and food and beverage spheres. Managing partner Julián Jiménez brings to bear hands-on regulatory expertise gained during a stint at the Directorate of National Taxes and Customs (DIAN). Other key partners include tax planning partner Jairo Alberto Higuita, tax litigator Bibiana Buitrago, and Carlos Giovanni Rodríguez.
