It also has experience in tax planning, tax litigation, and transactional tax matters. In August 2022, department head María Helena Padilla left to join Deloitte Asesores y Consultores. The practice is now co-led by Viviana Africano Franco, who was promoted to associate director in March 2023, together with founding partner Felipe Pinilla, who also steers the corporate and dispute resolution groups.
