The team is led by experienced litigator Neftalí Garro, who brings over 25 years of experience and insurance regulatory expertise, and who acts as legal adviser to the Association of Private Insurers (AAP) of Costa Rica. The group is supported by senior associates Juan José López and Carlos García, who assist clients with authorisations, licences, and the drafting and review of insurance contracts.
