At Law Firm Babic, Brborovic & Partners, the employment practice focuses on carrying out regulatory advisory work and representing clients in general labour disputes. The team is currently engaged in a number of contentious employment issues and litigations, including significant employer-employee negotiations surrounding several unfair dismissal cases, along with drafting executive and managerial contracts to align with the requirements of new Croatian labour legislation implemented in early 2023.
