Under the collective leadership of Pambos Ioannides, Andrew Demetriou, Christina Ioannidou and Katerina Hadjichristofi, it represents major semi-governmental organisations, some of the largest commercial enterprises in Cyprus, and a number of the island’s municipalities. In addition, it represents important banking institutions, insurance companies and financial services organisations. It is skilled at advising on M&As and joint venture arrangements and handling complicated restructurings. The nimble group frequently structures and drafts syndicated loan and banking, financing and securities documentation. In addition, it has advised on numerous renewable energy projects in Cyprus in recent times. Zoe Christou and Evie Constantinou are both highly regarded.
