  • Represented Globeducate, a portfolio group of companies of Providence Equity Partners and a K-12 education network, in its acquisition of a private Greek primary and secondary school and a private institute and providing ongoing support on the group’s expansion activities in Cyprus.
  • Represented Providence on the Cyprus law aspects of the investment by investment firm Wendel in Globeducate of approximately EUR625m for a 50% stake in Globeducate’s capital.
