Work highlights

Representing the minority shareholder of a Cyprus company and filed an unfair prejudice liquidation application, on the basis of oppression of his rights, seeking the liquidation of the company or alternatively a buy-out of his shares which are valued at more than $5m.
Representing a number of HNWIs and their family members in proceedings filed before the Administrative Court of Cyprus against the Republic of Cyprus challenging the dismissive decisions of the Council of Ministers to their applications for naturalisation by investment after the termination of the Cyprus Investment Program in Cyprus in November 2020.
Representing an online gambling services provider in an application requesting the refusal of recognition of European judgments in Cyprus, on the basis that they are contrary to Cypriot public policy.
