Other core areas of focus include advising on merger control, cartels, abuses of dominant positions and other anti-competitive agreements. George Mountis, Anna Rossides and Victoria-Zoi Papagiannis are the heads of the department. Alexandros Efstathiou left the firm in May 2024 to set up his own firm.

  • Acted as competition legal counsel for Cyprus in relation to the acquisition of 97.7385% of the share capital in Copernit S.p.A by Holding Soprema SA.
